Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales for automotive refinish, wood coatings, industrial paint, floor and decorative products across assigned territories in KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Oman and Africa

  • Identify new business opportunities with large distributors, traders, interior fit out factories, furniture manufacturers, industrial plants, fabricators, and contractors

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, margin objectives, and collection targets

Customer & Channel Management

  • Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, workshops, OEMs and industrial customers

  • Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors where required

  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings across Gcc and Africa.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends

  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

  • Provide feedback to management on market demand and product improvement opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–7 years of sales experience in automotive, wood, or industrial paints

  • Proven experience in Gcc and African markets

  • Strong network with, wood manufacturers, industrial customers, or distributors

  • Good understanding of paint systems, applications, and specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Business, Chemistry, Engineering preferred)
