Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of SMB and enterprise prospects across the UAE and GCC region.

  • Research target companies and decision-makers using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential opportunities.

  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the Business Development / Sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support outbound campaigns and pipeline generation.

  • Track and achieve monthly targets for meetings booked, qualified leads, and pipeline creation.

  • Stay updated on AI CX platforms, conversational AI, chatbots, and contact center solutions to effectively position Worktual’s offerings.

  • Maintain a structured prospecting process using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, or inside sales.

  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

  • Experience identifying and qualifying SMB and enterprise prospects.

  • Familiarity with prospecting and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM.

  • Strong communication, research, and lead qualification skills.

  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

  • Basic understanding of AI, CX platforms, chatbots, contact center solutions, or SaaS products is an advantage.

  • UAE / GCC market exposure is preferred.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
