Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and developing o presence in the UAE market focusing specifically on Elsewedy Electrical Wires and Cables range of products cross selling of other electrical products of the group
- The Sales Manager will work with the Division Head top management to formulate and execute a sales strategy for their respective region and will work on the execution of this plan working to expand the customer portfolio by actively looking for new clients strengthening our relationship with current clients and representing the company in key industry events
- Creating a territory sales plan and a strategic growth plan for the customer ecosystem which includes a pricing strategy and a go-to-market strategy
- Maintaining sales pipeline providing monthly forecasts and supporting quarter and annual account reviews
- Establishing and managing strategic partnerships with existing and new distributors
- Be a representative of the company in Industry events and other marketing opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle starting from lead generation and the order-to-cash cycle following up with our factories the full cycle of orders management from receiving PO from our Clients till ensuring on-time safe delivery of the goods to our customers
- Total Customer satisfaction with excellent quality of response services support
- Regular customer visits
- Timely response by understanding the importance of the subject and priorities
- Increase market share and reach
- Monitoring of stock and liquidation promptly
- Professional and effective communication letter writing proper handling of clients acknowledging enquiries orders
- Necessary follow up at all levels and at all stages internal and external for total customer satisfaction starting from Enquiry Execution and till full and final payment is received
- Offer regular analysis and recommendations of the market
- Recommend new business models according to the market needs
- Decent Technical knowledge of products
- Using effectively Sales CRM tool effectively
- Fully accountable and responsible for managing their key accounts effectively
