Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager with proven track record of revenue achievement and customer acquisition. The role requires end-to-end sales responsibility - from prospecting and client engagement to closing deals. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing them with tailored cybersecurity solutions (NGFW / Endpoint Security / Backup Solutions /ZTNA, SASE solutions) that address their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Set up meetings with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and build strong professional relationships.
  • Follow-ups & Negotiations: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects, negotiate terms, and address client queries to move opportunities forward.
  • Closing Deals: Achieve sales targets by successfully converting opportunities into signed contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure the right solutions are proposed.
  • Reporting: Maintain CRM records, prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, and update management on pipeline progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in solution selling within the cybersecurity or IT solutions industry.
  • Logical understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and services.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Comfortable with 80% on-field client interactions.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
