Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and convert new B2B opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closures
Build long-term partnerships focused on value, repeat business, and retention
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and project discussions
Work with hotels, restaurants, consultants, designers, and contractors
Manage and grow the portfolio of hospitality project clients
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of hospitality sales processes preferred
1–2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Valid UAE DRIVING LICENSE – mandatory
Confident, well-presented, and relationship-oriented
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capability
Highly self-motivated with a disciplined, target-driven approach
