Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Present and sell products and services to customers using the highest level of service quality and professionalism.
Receiving requests to sell the bank's products, following up on their entry into the system, and monitoring their implementation.
Receiving clients to open accounts, completing the required documents, entering them into the system, entering signatures, and requesting the approval of the operations manager.
Receive and welcome all customers upon entering the branch and work to provide the required service.
Assist customers in completing forms if necessary.
Guiding customers to complete their transactions correctly and how to perform operations available at ATMs or other electronic channels.
Directing customers to the appropriate employee.
Respond quickly to customer problems and meet their requests in accordance with work procedures and instructions, and follow up with the branch supervisor to resolve problems.
Receiving ATM card requests, entering them into the system , printing the instant card, and delivering the renewed card to customers through the administration.
Handing over checkbooks to customers (they must be kept in the general treasury if the employee does not have a safe).
Executing customer checkbook requests by entering data into the computer (specifying the type of checkbook required, quantity of checkbooks), receiving the checkbooks from management, and contacting customers to come and receive them.
Receiving data update requests.
Receive account lock requests, modify account data, and submit them to the operations manager for entry into the system.
Receiving the authorized client, completing the power of attorney form, verifying the signature, entering it into the system, and requesting the operations manager’s approval.
Responding to customer requests for instant account statements from View/Current Account/Historical Transactions Status in the Function Bar.
Fulfilling customer standing orders, creating and activating memberships, and transferring them to the operations manager to complete implementation procedures.
Handling signature change requests and account move requests.
Print party clearance requests.
Receiving customer problems and referring them to the operations manager to resolve them.
Working to achieve the branch’s objectives as a single team (sales, balances, service and waiting time, internal audit, risks, compliance and anti-money laundering, and customer satisfaction).
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Qualifications:
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting
Experiences:
5-1 years of experience in branches
