Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Solution Selling: Present and explain our technical solutions, convincing clients of their value and benefits.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales activities and outcomes in CRM tools

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 0-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on technical sales, especially in Digital Transformation

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.

Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools for client management and lead tracking.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
