Roles & Responsibilities

There is a mission

As an SDR, you are the first point of contact for our prospects.

You detect signals of intent, qualify leads, and actively contribute to revenue growth.

You are responsible for

Identifier des leads qualifi s (cold & warm)

Generate qualified appointments for the sales team

Prospecting via a multi-channel approach: cold email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events

Qualify and enrich the CRM

Working hand in hand with the Account Executives

Track your KPIs and gather field insights

1. Multichannel prospecting (Outbound)

To carry out a high volume of cold calls to qualify prospects.

Send personalized email sequences (cold emailing) using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly

Prospecting on LinkedIn (DMs, comments, intelligent interactions).

Identify and enrich lead databases (search on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo).

2. Qualification des leads

Conduct initial exploratory calls of 5-15 minutes to:

V erify the readability of the prospectus (budget, need, timing ).

Evaluate the closing potential using an AE.

Obtain the right contextual information to transmit to the Account Executive.

3. Scheduling appointments for Account Executives

Schedule qualified appointments in the AE's calendars.

Brief the AE on the prospect's context before each call.

Ensure a good show-up rate (follow-up, confirmation by email / SMS / WhatsApp).

4. Pipeline Management & CRM

Track and update all activities in the CRM (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).

Respect the workflows: lead status, allocation, follow-up.

Ensure rigorous monitoring of automated and manual sequences.

5. Lead nurturing and follow-up

Re-engage with prospects now or not.

Reactivate old leads via manual or automated campaigns.

Maintaining a relationship of trust until the right time for purchase.

6. Analyse & reporting

Track your daily KPIs: number of calls, emails, booked appointments, no-shows, etc.

Suggest adjustments to the scripts, sequences, and hooks.

Participate in performance meetings with the Head of Growth or the Sales Director.

You are very structured and know how to manage your pipeline rigorously.
