Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead national sales performance across distribution and retail channels, while maintaining hands-on involvement in operations and contributing to regional and international business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy
  • Oversee retail and wholesale operations to ensure smooth execution and market coverage
  • Lead and develop a multi-level sales team (supervisors, reps, key accounts)
  • Manage distributor relationships and optimize route-to-market structure
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility
  • Monitor sales performance, margins, stock movement, and operational efficiency
  • Identify expansion opportunities in regional and international markets
  • Work closely with operations, supply chain, and finance to align sales with production and inventory planning
  • Establish KPIs, forecasts, and sales budgets

Desired Candidate Profile

-10+ years of progressive experience in FMCG / F&B sales leadership

-Strong background in distribution networks and retail channel management

-Hands-on operational mindset, not purely strategic

-Proven record of delivering sales growth and building high-performing teams

-Experience dealing with international markets, exports, or regional distributors

-Strong negotiation, leadership, and commercial planning skills

-Deep knowledge of the Lebanese market (regional exposure is a strong plus)

Education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
