Job Title: Sales Executive – Arabic Speaker Location: Dubai Industry: Building Materials / Metal Products Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: Our client, a leading supplier of building and construction material products with a focus on metal products such as aluminum, steel, and brass, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the building materials and metal industries, and will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with construction and contracting companies. Promote and sell customized metal products (aluminum, steel, brass, etc.) to existing and potential clients. Maintain strong relationships with current customers by providing excellent service and support. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customized products. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the metal and construction industry. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the building materials and metal industries, with a focus on customized metal products. Prior experience working in metal factories will be considered an advantage. Strong B2B sales experience, especially in dealing with construction and contracting companies. Must be proficient in Arabic and English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
