Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, focusing on high-value prospects.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and potential new markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Food Ingredients
  • Techno commercial experience will be preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in English. Knowledge of Arabic, Malayalam will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Food science, Business Administration, Marketing
