Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for UAE company formation, including mainland, free zone, and offshore licenses

  • Consult investors and entrepreneurs on the most suitable business license and jurisdiction based on their activity and goals

  • Present and sell company setup packages including trade license, visas, bank account assistance, and related services

  • Follow up on inquiries from multiple channels (calls, emails, walk-ins, online leads)

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system

  • Coordinate with operations and government relations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners

  • Stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and changes related to business setup and licensing

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales within a UAE business setup, company formation, or PRO services company

  • Solid understanding of UAE business licenses (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and investor requirements

  • Confident in dealing with local and international investors and high-value clients

  • Strong ability to qualify leads, identify client needs, and close deals efficiently

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain regulatory processes clearly

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with monthly sales targets

  • Professional attitude with high levels of integrity and confidentiality

  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and follow up consistently

  • Fluent in English (Arabic and/or other languages is a strong advantage)

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and digital communication tools

  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with operations and government liaison teams
