Job Description:
We are looking to hire a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive for our Events Division, specializing in Audio, Video, and Lighting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, approaching potential clients, and generating new business opportunities within the events and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up communications to introduce our AV & lighting services.
- Identify and target new clients including event planners, corporate companies, hotels, and agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong client database and track leads and conversions.
- Meet potential clients to understand their event production requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare tailored solutions and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in events or AV industry is a plus).
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and cold calling skills.
- Ability to pitch technical AV & lighting services in a simple and convincing way.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in English
