Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for Fire Fighting (FF) and Fire Alarm (FA) systems across projects, fit-outs, maintenance, AMC, and rectification works in the UAE.

  2. Generate leads through clients, consultants, main contractors, fit-out contractors, facility management companies, and developers.

  3. Promote company fire system services including design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and Civil Defence compliance.

  4. Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications in coordination with estimation and technical teams.

  5. Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and pre-qualification documents.

  6. Coordinate with estimation, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accurate scope and competitive pricing.

  7. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.

  8. Follow up on submitted proposals, track tender status, and drive opportunities to closure.

  9. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions in line with company policies.

  10. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and Civil Defence authorities during the pre-award stage as required.

  11. Maintain and update sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular sales reports for management review.

  12. Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining company margins and professional standards.

  13. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  14. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming fire system opportunities in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  2. Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm system sales.

  3. Knowledge of NFPA and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.

  4. Experience in projects, fit-outs, maintenance, and AMC sales.

  5. Ability to read drawings and BOQs and coordinate with estimation teams.

  6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  7. UAE Driving License mandatory.

  8. Husband-sponsored visa candidates may apply.

  9. Immediate joiners preferred.
