Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are a well-established UAE-based food and beverage manufacturing company seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to aggressively grow our market presence. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with proven sales experience, fluent in Arabic and French, and capable of delivering consistent revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
Execute sales strategies to penetrate targeted markets and channels
Promote and sell manufactured food and beverage products to distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred)
Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Export market knowledge is highly preferred
