Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire clients for IT staffing and outsourcing services.

  • Build relationships with HR managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.

  • Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.

  • Track market trends and hiring demands.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Achieve revenue and placement targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment sales, or IT outsourcing sales.
