Roles & Responsibilities

As a HORECA Sales Executive, you ll be at the forefront of our mission to expand our presence in the assigned sales territory. Your role involves onboarding new accounts while focusing on retention, and reactivation strategies that will elevate our presence in the HORECA market. Job Description :
  • Dealing with existing accounts and acquire new ones.
  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts
  • Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the HORECA
  • Correctpositioning of the brand and the product portfolio in the territory
  • Responsiblefor building the right sales forecast and managing the product inventories withthe outlets
  • Activesearch for new channel generation for the business
  • Undertakenew accounts development initiatives with proper market survey, competitionanalysis and market penetration.
  • Beresponsible for the marketing of our products and services to both B to B and Bto C markets
  • Delivertimely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Analyzeand report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis
  • Maintainprofessional internal and external relationships that meet our core values.

Internal - Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse Department

External - Clients/ Customers

Education/ Qualification
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Work Experience
  • 5+ years sales exposure in HORECA segment.
Knowledge
  • Knowledge in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Knowledge in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge managing and directing a sales team.
  • Product Knowledge, Customer care.
Skills

Good communication skills, Market intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, ability to convince the customers etc.

Indicative KPIs

New Leads, Lead Response Time, Number of Wins, Revenue, Cost per Lead, Customer Lifetime Value Net Promoter Score, Number of Product Demos, Prospecting.
