Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web platforms
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and promote services
Provide accurate quotations based on customer needs and property assessments
Promote value-added services
Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company policy
Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses regularly
Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service
Maintain knowledge of the company’s full suite of offerings
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are welcome to apply
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics and moving (Preferred but not mandatory)
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Confidence in handling calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
