Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To generate new business and grow, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management.
Key Responsibilities Identify and approach suitable venues and partner locations across assigned areas in Dubai. Pitch the CaptiZone concept, explain benefits, and negotiate agreements Conduct site visits, assess screen placement opportunities, and coordinate with other team members. Update CRM/trackers with leads, visits, deals, and follow-ups on a daily basis. Prepare simple weekly reports on pipeline, closed deals, collections, and key activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–4 years of field sales / outdoor sales / B2B sales experience. Experience in the UAE market is strongly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident in speaking with business owners and managers. Comfortable with field work and daily visits across different areas in Dubai. Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets, email, WhatsApp, CRM or sales trackers). Valid UAE driving licence holders preferred (or willing to travel extensively by public transport). Languages: Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
