Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.

Sales Presentations and Negotiation:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and improve overall sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food service industry or selling bakery and foodstuff products to the HORECA sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and the HORECA industry, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products effectively and services to clients and close sales deals.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
