Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with B2B clients.
  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of products/services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • UAE driving license (if applicable).
  • Preferred Nationalities: ARABIC
