Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, field visits, client meetings, and networking.
  • Map the market, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle objections professionally and convert challenges into successful deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/sales reports regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must be currently in the UAE.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to corporate sales environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Responsible, persuasive, and target-driven with a strong closing mindset.
  • A proactive self-starter with problem-solving ability and high accountability.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
