Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, field visits, client meetings, and networking.
- Map the market, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Handle objections professionally and convert challenges into successful deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/sales reports regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates must be currently in the UAE.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to corporate sales environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Responsible, persuasive, and target-driven with a strong closing mindset.
- A proactive self-starter with problem-solving ability and high accountability.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
