Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of a cutting-edge platform transforming the beauty and wellness industry. You ll build meaningful relationships with salon and spa owners, conduct powerful product demos, and drive sales growth with a consultative, solution-driven approach.

Candidates with experience in Beauty, Spa, Salon, POS, or Software/SaaS Sales are highly encouraged to apply.

What You ll Do

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the salon/spa ecosystem.
  • Conduct impactful product demos that highlight real business value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
  • Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams for seamless client handovers.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and long-term customer value creation.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

What We re Looking For

  • 2 4 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in SaaS, POS systems, retail tech, or beauty & wellness technology.
  • Experience selling to salons/spas or experience in beauty-tech is a huge advantage.
  • A confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience running software demos is a major plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • A self-driven professional who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a dynamic startup-like environment.
  • Professional grooming, positive energy, and genuine customer empathy.

Desired Candidate Profile
