Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits

  • Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and pain points

  • Deliver product presentations and ERP demonstrations

  • Propose suitable ERP solutions based on client needs

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Coordinate with the technical/implementation team during project handover

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 2–5 years of experience in ERP or software sales (B2B preferred)

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP solutions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle the complete sales cycle independently

  • Confident in client meetings and product demonstrations

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented

  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability

  • Good knowledge of the UAE market and corporate sales environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred

  • Immediate joiners will be an advantage
