Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits
Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and pain points
Deliver product presentations and ERP demonstrations
Propose suitable ERP solutions based on client needs
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with the technical/implementation team during project handover
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in ERP or software sales (B2B preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle the complete sales cycle independently
Confident in client meetings and product demonstrations
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Strong networking and relationship-building ability
Good knowledge of the UAE market and corporate sales environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
Immediate joiners will be an advantage
