Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & Responsibility:
- Cold calling customers and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, preparing documents and communicating relevant information.
- Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates or fix meetings.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Sales Order Creation on timely manner.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
- Record the leads and opportunities data as well as update customer profile in detail.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
