Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and establishing a relationship with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of families seeking childcare services in the UAE.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as parents through effective communication and personalized interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and outreach strategies to effectively showcase our services.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with their childcare needs and expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be an Emirati (UAE National) and with family book
Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any relevant degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and childcare providers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Since this will be an onsite role, applicant must be in Dubai or willing to travel to Dubai.
