Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive ,the candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets
Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet clients, understand project requirements, and submit proposals
Coordinate with estimation and operations teams for quotations
Follow up on submitted quotations and close sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Update CRM with client and project details
Attend client meetings and site inspections when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil, or related field
2–5 years UAE experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of UAE market (maintenance & fit-out)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good networking skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
