Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

  • Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions to clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
