Roles & Responsibilities

Vintage Luxe Real Estate is actively hiring experienced and driven Sales Heads to join our growing team. We are seeking a results-oriented leader with strong market knowledge and a proven track record in UAE real estate sales.


The Sales Head will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team while driving revenue growth and achieving company targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market.


  1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives

  3. Mentor sales managers and property consultants

  4. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure high productivity

  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders

  6. Identify new business opportunities and market trends

  7. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards

  8. Drive revenue growth through off-plan and secondary market sales

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 7+ years of UAE real estate sales experience

  2. Currently based in the UAE

  3. Proven leadership and team management skills

  4. Strong negotiation and closing abilities

  5. In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Target-driven with a strong business acumen


  • AED 20,000 monthly salary
