Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive PEB sales growth for the country by identifying and securing new project opportunities, focusing on key market segments and geographical areas.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and target setting.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry influencers to foster long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in PEB sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving targets in the PEB industry.
  • Strong understanding of PEB design, fabrication, and construction processes.
