Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive PEB sales growth for the country by identifying and securing new project opportunities, focusing on key market segments and geographical areas.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and target setting.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in PEB sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving targets in the PEB industry.
- Strong understanding of PEB design, fabrication, and construction processes.
