Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new interior design projects within the Dubai market, focusing on high-value clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting key market segments such as luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and key decision-makers to generate leads and secure projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the interior design or a related industry within Dubai.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
