Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, find new B2B clients (property management, offices, retail, warehouses, industrial sites)

  • Arrange site surveys with operations team; collect data for costing and proposal

  • Prepare and send quotes/proposals (scope, schedule, staffing, materials, etc.)

  • Present the offer to the client, handle objections, negotiate terms, close deals

  • Hand over the project to Operations: confirm scope, pricing, staffing plan, start checklist

  • Keep communication with client during first weeks to ensure satisfaction and upsell add-ons

  • Report weekly status to management and keep all records (emails, notes, agreements) updated

Desired Candidate Profile

Location: Dubai, UAE (hybrid)
Employment: Full-time


Requirements

  • Proven minimum 2+ years experience in sales of commercial cleaning or facility management (soft / hard services) in UAE

  • PC user
