Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Corrosion Protection is responsible for promoting and selling corrosion prevention and protection solutions used in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, marine, and heavy industrial sectors. The role focuses on asset integrity solutions including coatings, rubber lining, cathodic protection, and anti-corrosion systems .


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business for corrosion protection services and products within Oil & Gas and industrial sectors

  • Identify and engage with ADNOC contractors, EPC companies, refineries, and maintenance contractors

  • Promote solutions such as:

    • Anti-corrosion coatings

    • Rubber lining systems

    • Cathodic protection

    • Wear & abrasion protection systems

  • Conduct technical discussions with clients and site engineers

  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams

  • Participate in project bidding and tendering processes

  • Manage key accounts in Oil & Gas and petrochemical sectors

  • Ensure strong pipeline management and revenue growth

  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments with clients

Stay updated on industry standards (NACE / ISO corrosion standards)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering preferred

  • 5–12 years of experience in corrosion protection / industrial coatings / Oil & Gas sales

  • Strong network in UAE Oil & Gas sector (ADNOC preferred)

  • Experience in technical sales and project-based selling

  • Arabic speaking is an advantage
