Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and motivate your sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct sales campaigns to generate bulk deals/sales.
Monitor sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure team's productivity and efficiency KPI has been met
Desired Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in Financial Services sales within the U.A.E. market.
Proven success in sourcing Retail Asset Products and Credit Cards.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree or 5–6 years of relevant experience.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships
Age below 45 Years
An MBA or Graduate with 5+ years of sales experience in Financial Products
Any nationality
UAE Driving License is mandatory
