Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Events and Exhibitions industry. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven industry experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the events and exhibitions sector.
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, organizers, and exhibitors.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Understand client needs and provide tailored event/exhibition solutions.
Ensure a smooth handover of project details to the operations and production teams.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Recommend innovative ideas to enhance offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with the operations, design, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Support the marketing team with promotional activities, campaigns, and event participation.
Attend meetings, site visits, and exhibition events as required.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales role in the Events and Exhibitions industry (minimum 3–5 years).
Strong network of clients, partners, and event organizers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of exhibition stands, event production, fabrication processes, and brand activation.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
