Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Events and Exhibitions industry. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven industry experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the events and exhibitions sector.

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, organizers, and exhibitors.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored event/exhibition solutions.

  • Ensure a smooth handover of project details to the operations and production teams.

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Recommend innovative ideas to enhance offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Work closely with the operations, design, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Support the marketing team with promotional activities, campaigns, and event participation.

  • Attend meetings, site visits, and exhibition events as required.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales role in the Events and Exhibitions industry (minimum 3–5 years).

  • Strong network of clients, partners, and event organizers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of exhibition stands, event production, fabrication processes, and brand activation.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
