Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in the EdTech or education sector to drive partnerships, institutional sales, and corporate collaborations across the UAE and GCC.

This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth, along with experience managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for EdTech programs and partnerships

  • Build relationships with schools, universities, and training institutes

  • Drive corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and business collaborations

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across UAE/GCC

  • Engage with government and education entities for strategic initiatives

  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking meetings

  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10–12 years of experience in UAE/GCC markets

  • Strong background in EdTech, education, training, or corporate partnerships

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and institutional partnerships

  • Experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets

  • Strong network within education institutions, corporates, or government entities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic speaking (advantage)

  • UAE Driving License

  • Experience in esports, gaming, or technology sectors
