Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms

Identify and develop new business opportunities with landlords, developers, and investors

Market and sell residential and/or commercial properties

Conduct property viewings and client meetings

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Negotiate deals and close sales

Prepare and manage offers, contracts, MOUs, and transaction documentation

Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM systems
