Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handling hotel sales


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique offerings of the hotel, focusing on maximizing revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to drive group bookings and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting sales tactics accordingly to stay ahead.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry regulations while managing contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns that align with sales goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the hotel’s unique features and value propositions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must posses atleast 5 years of experience in hotel sales

- IDS software skills

- UAE Experience is must
