Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Managing and supervising the overall sales operations of sales.
  • Provide on-job training, advice and support to the sales and customer service team, supporting to
  • work on their areas of development, helping to improve their ongoing performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times, to maintain the well and established brand reputation.
  • Closely monitor the daily and monthly Sales targets
  • Responsible for the decision of final pricings for all dresses, in coordination with Finance
  • Manager.
  • Brief and advise the customers about design and most suitable material for customized dresses.
  • Liaise and coordinate with production for all customer requirements.
  • Continual follow-up with production to ensure high quality is being met and deadlines are
  • adhered to.
  • Communicate & coordinate the technical decisions of production back to the customer in a
  • tactful manner.
  • Conduct meetings with Designers and Sales & production coordinator, discuss. plan and finalize
  • monthly collection.
  • Recurrent follow-ups with production to ensure high quality is being met and deadlines are
  • completed.
  • Liaise and coordinate with production for all customer requirements.
  • Conduct monthly KPI meeting with HR Manager, and monitoring the sales team performance.
  • Coordinate, Plan, discuss and finalize fabric requirement with the Designer.
  • Oversee and manage smooth operations of showroom at all times to ensure it is well-organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Relevant Degree and experience in high-end fashion luxury brand including bridal haute couture and deep
  • acquaintance in fashion industry.
  • Strong business knowledge in people management & relevant industry expertise.
  • A Minimum of 8-10 yrs.’ experience with a high-end fashion luxury brand including bridal haute couture and fashion industry knowledge OR relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English language
  • MS Office and computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present new ideas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time- management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm while working under pressure.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with others both within and outside of the organization
