Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To market and sell Insignia s products through your own leads.
- To carry out new business development through networking and other direct means.
- Coordinate all sales updates with team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Accurate sales reporting in weekly sales meetings focused on your sales pipeline.
- Identify potential new clients in the marketplace.
- Continuous analysis of new markets and opportunities.
- Suggest and propose innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the client experience.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
- Comply with all training requirements including product, sales skills, sales management,operational including systems and compliance.
- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales understanding customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Excellent proposal and presentation development skills including the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team in a target driven environment.
- Previous experience in b2b or b2c sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build rapport with strategic partners for the distribution of the company s products in accordance with the Sales Strategy to ensure all leads are actioned and the required conversion rates achieved.
- Proven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets.
- A deep understanding of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous exposure to UHNWI / strong connections will be beneficial for this role.
