Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To market and sell Insignia s products through your own leads.

  • To carry out new business development through networking and other direct means.
  • Coordinate all sales updates with team members and relevant stakeholders.
  • Accurate sales reporting in weekly sales meetings focused on your sales pipeline.
  • Identify potential new clients in the marketplace.
  • Continuous analysis of new markets and opportunities.
  • Suggest and propose innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the client experience.
  • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
  • Comply with all training requirements including product, sales skills, sales management,operational including systems and compliance.
  • Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven work experience as a sales representative.

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales understanding customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Excellent proposal and presentation development skills including the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team in a target driven environment.
  • Previous experience in b2b or b2c sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build rapport with strategic partners for the distribution of the company s products in accordance with the Sales Strategy to ensure all leads are actioned and the required conversion rates achieved.
  • Proven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets.
  • A deep understanding of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous exposure to UHNWI / strong connections will be beneficial for this role.
