Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the sales team with clear targets, performance tracking, and revenue goals

  2. Develop and execute sales strategies for EdTech programs, esports initiatives, and corporate offerings

  3. Drive B2B partnerships with schools, universities, training institutes, and education groups

  4. Build and expand institutional sales across UAE & GCC markets

  5. Identify and secure sponsorships and brand partnerships for esports events and programs

  6. Develop corporate partnerships for training, employee engagement, and wellness programs

  7. Monitor lead funnels, analyze campaign performance, and improve conversion rates

  8. Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to management

  9. Represent the company at corporate events, conferences, and networking platforms

  10. Explore new revenue streams and strategic growth opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10–12 years of experience in UAE/GCC markets

  • Strong background in EdTech, education, training, or corporate sales

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, and sponsorship acquisition

  • Experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets

  • Strong network with schools, universities, corporates, or government entities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to engage with senior leadership and C-level executives


Note: � “Candidates with prior UAE/GCC sales experience will be preferred.”


Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE Driving License (advantage)

  • Arabic speaking (advantage)

  • Experience in esports, gaming, or the technology industry is a plus
