Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedures Collaborate with the Business Setup team to identify new business opportunities Monitor and analyze team performance and prepare regular reports for management Conduct sales training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager role (immigration/visa industry preferred) Strong knowledge of sales strategies and client relationship management Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory and market changes
