WE ARE HIRING!
A reputable hotel under the Danat Hotels portfolio, located at Novel Hotel City Center, Abu Dhabi, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join its on-site sales team. This role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key part in driving revenue growth, strengthening corporate partnerships, and expanding the hotel s market presence.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will support the planning and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue goals. The role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new corporate and group business opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to maximize hotel room bookings and event sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to understand requirements and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Execute sales initiatives that align with overall hotel objectives and brand standards.
Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory for corporate accounts.
Proactively identify and develop new corporate business through research, networking, and sales outreach.
Coordinate with the General Manager to ensure smooth and high-quality client experiences.
Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance service delivery and revenue results.
Lead negotiations for corporate contracts and rate agreements while ensuring profitability.
Prepare professional proposals and contracts in compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and revenue data.
Review account performance and sales trends to refine strategies and report to senior management.
Organize and conduct client meetings, hotel site inspections, and corporate familiarization visits.
Build and sustain long-term relationships to secure repeat and referral business.
Uphold brand image and service excellence in all sales and client-facing interactions.
Represent the hotel professionally in all internal and external communications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be locally available in the UAE and willing to attend a personal interview.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in corporate hotel sales within the Abu Dhabi market.
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in an Abu Dhabi hotel is highly preferred.
Strong skills in account management, customer service, and sales operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
