Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership across the assigned territory, with a focus on new business acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion. The role requires a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, understand complex operational environments, and position technology solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will act as a key driver of regional growth by building a strong sales pipeline, progressing opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, and ensuring successful closure of strategic deals. Drive regional revenue growth across the assigned territory Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal closure Develop and execute regional go-to-market sales strategies Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to structure winning proposals Lead customer engagement efforts and promote adoption of solutions Act as the primary lead for RFI/RFP processes and solution positioning Identify market trends and new business opportunities to expand customer base Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a hunting sales role with strong business development focus Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solution sales Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries is highly preferred Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
Education Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
