Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the machinery or material handling industry, with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the GCC.

  • Arrange product demonstrations and customer visits to showcase solutions.

  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote ADMIRAL WORLD Machinery.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met with the right solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in machinery, material handling, or a similar industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of pulling/pushing equipment and light lifting solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Market knowledge of the GCC region.

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

  • Willingness to travel within the GCC for client visits and exhibitions.
