Sales Manager – Sports Infrastructure Smart Field UAE is hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales for our sports flooring, safety padding, turf, and netting solutions. The ideal candidate will manage existing clients, convert online inquiries, and build strong relationships with new schools and sports facilities across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Handle repeat orders, online inquiries & new market leads • Conduct site surveys, follow-ups & project supervision • Achieve weekly school visits (5–7) & monthly revenue targets • Build strong client relationships and gather feedback Requirements: • UAE sales experience (sports/fit-out/construction preferred) • Strong communication & negotiation skills • Valid UAE driving license
