Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you will need to do:
- Prompt processing of incoming calls from clients according to company standards
- selection of objects and appointment of showings or meetings with clients
- coordination and supervision of the transaction until the moment of payment by the client
- reflecting data on their work in the crm-system of the company
Under what conditions we will work:
- Average monthly salary for this position: 50,000 - 150,000 aed/month (only percentage from the deal, no fixed salary)
- We pay at least 50% of each deal at once (depends on experience and grade) and without delay on the day the money arrives to the company's account;
- Resident visa, insurance, and registration under the UAE Labor Code (after closing two deals)
- Provide daily volume of clients' requests and convenient crm-system and full database-data on all objects.
- Career growth: in 6 months you can grow to the head of the department, in 1.5 years to the head of the department.
- Training at the expense of the company
The job will suit you if:
- Knowledge of English B2
- Experience in sales (preferably in high price segment)
- Proud of results in sales
- Willing to constantly learn and work on mistakes
- Ability to communicate well, find common language with people, sell confidently, work out objections, close deals
- Presentable and seen as an adequate person
- Ability to work productively on several tasks at the same time and concentrate
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates who are already in Dubai (UAE) are considered. English B2 level (tested at interview).
