Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the regional market, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to seize new business opportunities and enhance market position.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the industry, showcasing proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Professional certifications in sales management or leadership, such as Certified Sales Executive (CSE) or similar, are highly desirable.

  • Experience in the Banking/Fintech industry, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs.
