Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients in the industrial, construction, mining, and agricultural sectors across local and African markets

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the motors, water pumps, diesel engines and generators market, focusing on direct sales to end-users and distributors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the industrial equipment, agricultural equipment, or mining equipment sectors

  • A strong understanding of the technical aspects of motors, water pumps, diesel engines, generators, etc.

  • Possession of established track record in the local market and/or African markets with knowledge of regional business practices and client networks would be valuable.

  • Possession of relevant certifications related to sales or engineering would be advantageous.

  • Fluency in languages Arabic or African languages highly useful.
